Washville Car Wash

I requested a touchless wash to two attendants, and the wash was not entirely touchless. The last step of the wash was the blue curtain, which left streaks on my car. The back of my car didn't get cleaned either. It is still covered in salt and dirt.

I had come in and requested a touchless wash. The friendly attendant acknowledged and moved me along. However, my 2026 Camry was definitely *not* given a touchless wash. As a result, I now on my I have streak marks/oil stains on the upper part of my back bumper which I did not have going in. Unbelievable

I’ve been here once before they did a great job with the car wash here. Came here again today excited for new wash because machines seem new or well taken care of and wanted to try out the ceramic coating $25 wash. Was not happy the wash. I had detail the car at home to make the shine come out again. The employee working the hose today in the tunnel I noticed only spraying the driver side and rear of the SUV but I didn’t notice him cleaning the passenger side of my car. My new Jeep now has chips on the rear passenger side. Car was mint condition now annoyed this happened at a place I thought I’d be fine getting a car wash. Guess I’ll only be doing touchless car washes now. Note to manager and owner Please make sure your employees spray the debris off the whole perimeter of all vehicles!!!
