Pocono Auto Wash II

Don’t go ! Nothing works properly, no office. Spend $25.5, my car is not washed still. Worst experience I have ever had. 1 star? It’s too much for this place. -10000. Auto wash asked $18 - I gave it $20, No change of course. It washed car for 1 minute. I moved to hand wash. It was asking $2,75 to activate power wash. I added $2,75 and it did not activate, asked more money to add. paid 2x$2,75=$5,5. Power wash ended in 5 minutes.

Do you enjoy throwing your money in the trash? Then pay a visit to Pocono Auto Wash II. This is the type of establishment that makes you wonder how in the world are they still in business??? Arrived with a dirty car, left with a dirty car. No one to ask for help or provide change. Broken machines. Nothing works properly and still overpriced. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY.

I live down the street and lately when I went about a month ago got 26 dollar wash only one soap chemical was sprayed on ! Then now I went up there it was cash only so I only had exact money 10 dollars that wash was a joke ! Couple other things happened to others I know I used to love this place but not so much in the past year hope they get it together 😔

DONT GO HERE if you need to vacuum your car! Half the machines only take change. And at least half of them were broken. First machine was mostly my fault. Didn't pay attention to the almost rubbed off "do not use" and then the second machine had "does not work" written on the side of the machine UNDER THE HOSE!!! What kind of scam is this car wash?!? This place should be shut down by authorities for all the scamming they are doing based on these reviews

Since the owner doesn’t answer emails that he has on a gigantic banner to contact with issues...Here’s some advice to those of you seeking relief. Screenshot that you attempted to email the owner and file a dispute with your credit card company. This is assuming that they don’t answer (which I’m certain will be the case). Maybe he’ll fix his equipment when payments start getting reversed. I highly recommend not going to this poorly managed establishment. I won’t be back.
