I dealt with Chris in the front office on a situation from another shop, but I felt that they had done me wrong. And after dealing with Chris, I really feel the guys is a straight shooter. I feel he's honest and the experience was overall great. You want to trust your mechanic. You want to have that relationship with your mechanic? And I feel like i got that with him. I feel that he will be my new mechanic Even though he don't do the work himself, he makes sure the work is done right. I ended up really respecting the guy and I can only thank him time and time again. Thank you, Chris, very few and hard to come by much love. And respect. Dropped off my 1999 Toyota 4Runner to these guys for some rear suspension work (body lift nightmare). Within a couple hours, they gave me a call saying it was done and for a fair price! They lowered it to just the right height so it fits in my garage perfectly and rides so much better. Now my HOA can stop charging me for leaving it outside 😂 Great technicians with even better customer service staff. 5 Star shop ⭐️

Myself and my family have taken many many cars and brought a lot of business here. Unfortunately, about two years ago, they damaged the engine cover on my Infiniti sedan. I have been getting the runaround over a $150 part for two years now. After bringing them thousands of dollars of business for years, we will no longer be using this shop. Probably losing Business of 20-25 vehicles. Lots of new tires and wheels on a yearly basis. Will definitely be finding another shop for all future business.

Our car was towed here. They were able to remove a stripped lug nut and 2 others that had swelled. My spare was bad and they sold me a nice used tire. They replace my lugs, no charge and sent me on my way with 2 very competitive quotes for new tires. Great service, no pressure. Went extra mile to be very helpful on a busy Saturday. Highly recommend.

I have now brought my Jetta in three (maybe even 4) separate times to fix a check engine light, and despite paying for significant repairs each time, the light returned like clockwork the moment I hit the 100-mile mark. The last appointment when I took it in, I was told the issue was the gas cap. Even after a $50 discount, I still paid $100 for a generic crappy replacement that is much lower quality than my original part and even lacks a basic tether. I could've gotten an EOM replacement from the dealership for less than $60 but it was already swapped out when I got there to pick up my car. Predictably, 100 miles later, the light came back on.
