Tire City

I had a great experience at Tire City. I came in as a walk-in after hitting a large pothole that bent the lips on one of my rims. I had already swapped the tire for a donut, so I brought the wheel in hoping they could help. Even though I had to wait about an hour and a half before they could work on the car, the actual service only took around 20 minutes and was quick and efficient. They repaired the rim, reinstalled the tire, put the donut back in my trunk, and even checked and filled the air in all my tires. What really stood out was their honesty and customer service—they didn’t charge me anything for the work, even after I insisted I was willing to pay. That kind of service is hard to find these days. I really appreciate the help and would definitely recommend Tire City.

I’ve been here many times and the service is always fantastic. I just had my tire repaired with a nail in it and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I’ve also purchased tires from here and I’ve always had a excellent time when I’ve been here. Thanks for being a great company that is founded on great customer service.

In 74 years, I have never experienced the good vibes like you get when you do business with Tire City. My relationship started back in the early 80s. That’s when I met Boney Jones, and every time I bought tires there I witnessed his extreme friendliness and generosity to people in need. Yesterday while purchasing four new tires, I witnessed the second and third generation had carried forward that same genuine, caring for everyone that enters their business. After knowing Boney for all those years, I guess it’s not hard to see how this is happened, but we must also be amazed at what one persons attitude and actions and can live on to create such a positive environment. I truly believe it’s not about selling tires but about helping everyone in someway.

Went to tire city this morning to get my tire changed over onto a new rim and rotation. Rim was destroyed due to the shop I've been dealing with for 13 yrs. I was there for an hour and everything fixed. Spoke with one of the guys that run the store about what happened..he checked my lugs to make sure I had the correct ones on there now. He took the time to make sure all waa good and I greatly appreciated that. As well as how I watched him with other customers making sure people were getting the correct tires or service done. My husband always gets his tires from there. Shot out to Tire City for being there for your community!
