I was looking for four years for a specific truck. I had found one in upstate PA and put a refundable deposit on it. I decided a couple days beforehand to check Auto Trader one last time. I am so very glad that I did! That is when I saw a truck newly listed on the site. It was exactly what I was looking for!!! I was looking for a place to do an inspection on my motorcycle that was somewhat close to where I live. I found out that Pontarelli’s was only a five minute drive. Stopped by on a Friday morning to ask when they had an opening on their schedule and I was told that they could take care of it that same day in the afternoon if that worked for me. I’m a contractor, and extremely busy at the moment so and was not expecting them to say bring it right over and we will take care of it for you. Brought the bike over and couldn’t ask for a better experience. Unfortunately, I walked in and everyone was eating lunch. They were all extremely nice and took care of me right away. I called earlier this morning about needing my tire plugged. I was told to bring it by around 4:45. I left work early, lost money out of my paycheck, called prior to coming and was told that they wouldn’t see me today. Disappointed because this would’ve been my first time here and have heard really great things

Great shop, I highly recommend. I called and made an appointment when i got there I was greated by a very nice women named Becky who informed me that Dan would be taking care of the issue with my car today. Dan was a very nice guy as well, the whole place seemed freindly and welcoming unlike other shops I've been to in the past. Dan fixed the issue with my car quickly and the price was way better then I had expected based on my experience I had at a different shop the prior week who wanted over double and were extremely rude. I won't mention that shop by name here as this review is more about the amazing service i recieved here. Needless to say if I have an issues with any of my vehicles in the future I will absolutely return here and recommend it to all my friends.
