Poole's Paint and Auto Body & Repair Inc

We took our 2015 Honda accord in for rear collision repair. Poole quoted us $5,068.95.a few weeks later he called with a $7,000.00 + quote.we immediately went to retrieve my car and we're told we'd have to pay $881.18 for them to return parts they said they ordered plus a (storage fee)?? OR I could sign the car over to them, and we'd be square!!! I paid him $881.18 cash and we got my car back exactly like we left it !! We've been told by other dealers that several laws and ethics have been broken here ! The Poole brothers have 100s of cars on several lots !!! Is this how they were acquired?? We've written the N .C. Better Business Bureau about this outrage which they are reviewing!!! BE CAREFUL FOLKS IN LAURINBURG NC.

They couldn’t get the dents out so just as I was about to get my car back I again had to wait a couple more weeks to receive a new roof. Insurance would no longer pay for a rental at this point so due to it being Pooles fault they made them pay for our rental. This made Pooles rush my car out while they waited for a light to come in. turns out that was my turn signal light so then I had to bring the car right back. After being very frustrated we
