Jim is a great guy to deal with, and very honest trustworthy man. I also had an excellent encounter with Jim's boss, Bill. He accommodated a special request that I had. Even today, a week after purchasing my F150, I stopped by the dealership and had some questions about changing from 2 wheel drive to the other options. Jim was not in, but Brian intercepted me, and we went for a ride in my beautiful F150, and he thoroughly explained the correct operation. Great bunch of people. Five stars isn't enough.
