Great operation, from the front desk to Chris who manages the shop. Ron is a great guy if you are looking to purchase a new or used truck from their fleet and Stella is the best to work with in service! We have four Isuzu trucks and exclusively use TMI for all of our parts and service. Great communication: will give you honest feedback on what their diagnosis is before pulling the trigger. We have done business with previous ownership and now TMI since 2006. Actually have one of the trucks we purchased then with 500k miles on it. They sell dependable products backed by knowledgable staff. Chris Lee is the hands on Manager companies need to keep long time customers happy.

I would give them no stars, but that's not an option. My husband has a Hino, so we came here a long time ago for a turbo issue. It took 3 weeks for them to fix the issues, and you dont even want to know how awful the customer service is here. Still under warranty it started having problems again, so reluctantly we had to bring it back. We expressed our concern with not having the truck for weeks again with no updates to which Stella assured us it will take no where near 3 weeks. Well about a week in we still hadn't heard anything, so we called in. They said they didn't have any contact info for us after we had been emailing her back and forth several times, and the number to the company is on the truck. There's no follow up what so ever. We've had to call so many times just to get an upda

TMI came to my company's rescue when three of our Isuzu trucks had batteries stolen out of them. I called Chris Lee a little after 8 AM on a Monday morning and he had a tech out to our location with replacement batteries and got our trucks back on the road by 11 AM! TMI service team has been great in all of our service experiences.
