This company is awesome!! Great communication! I ordered the wrong size helmets for kiddos. As soon as I reached out to them they mailed me the correct inserts! Thank you for you the wonderful customer support! I purchased their helmets through Wal-mart. But now knowing how attentive they are I will go directly to their website next time.

I was looking for a helmet to purchase and decided to check this place out. They have a lot of variety of helmets. They were very friendly and helpful to get me sized for a helmet. I have had the helmet for about a month now and will like to say It is great and lightweight. will definitely come again. Recommend 10/10

Ordered a helmet through Amazon from these guys on Monday. It said it would be here by Friday-Saturday. It is now the following Tuesday night and I still don't have the helmet. All I got from Amazon and this shop is, "Once it leaves here its out of our control". I figure if I'm a seller I'd do everything I could to make sure it got there by the time it said. They told me they would give me a refund but I would have to send the helmet back. I like/want the helmet so I don't want to send it back. I just want them to know that they need to do better by their customers when it comes to shipping. So far the best they can do is send another helmet out (which means I'm still waiting) and to keep the first one I get (whether it be the first one sent or the second) and send back the second one if I

Ordered a helmet online. Helmet was too small and I went by the sizing chart. Emailed them and they sent me different pads. Perfect fit now. Good experience. Yes, they are cheap helmets. If you want a $300 helmet go somewhere else. If you are the occasional rider like me, and need a good helmet without breaking the bank, look no further and buy 1Storm!

The customer support from this retailer is terrible. I posted a question regarding return shipping and they did not even properly read what I was asking. Just told me to go and do what I already knew. Not helpful. Then they went ahead and charged a lot more for return shipping than what was quoted when generating the return label. I'm not getting anything from them again.
