Powerstroke Diesel Service

Integrity and honesty seem lost these days and Powerstroke Diesel Service is a prime example. He started working on my Ford 6.0 ten months ago and after spending thousands of $$$$$, it still doesn’t run and have finally taken it to a Ford dealer. Be advised, the warranties are useless and if I could give my experience at this business a negative rating I would. I posted a very positive rating months ago with the greatest of regret.

Inspect it ordered parts and test drive it him self all in one day.. I'm very satisfied with his work and moneys wise he is fair..... My f 350 had a major fuel leakage problem.. He was able to fix it just in a couple of hours

I want to say thank you to Rick for going out of his way to help me with my vehicle. Not only is Rick very knowledgeable he was very polite and transparent with the entire experience. Great Job I will definitely tell everyone I know to visit Rick over at Power Stroke !!

UPDATE: If I could give a negative rating, I would. Several weeks after the transmission leak I had more clutch trouble. Ricky (which is actually an alias) refused to answer my texts or phone calls for a warranty claim. The current mechanic removed the clutch and I discovered that the parts 'Ricky' showed me were NOT the parts he installed. My guess is that he didn't install any new parts. Through a public records search I learned he was arrested for providing a false name (Ricky Montana) to a police officer. His actual name is Alejandro Barraza. I'll be taking him to court just as soon as I return to the RGV. ORIGINAL: I took my truck in for a new clutch and flywheel. Ricky said he would order the heavy duty kit and would also need to upgrade the U joints and carrier bearing. The clutch
