John and Andrew were quite professional, courteous and wonderful to work with. They had great inventory to choose from and we found the perfect 5th wheel unit for our needs at a great price. Their entire team went overboard to complete a few repairs and upgrades very quickly so we could take possession much sooner than initially expected. I highly recommend PPL Cleburne.

Their home page is up to date, they have a good variety of RV's. We were out of state buyers. We made a phone call and was assigned a salesman ( John)that took care of us per phone. We set up an appointment to go look at a few RVs from our selections. John took time to take us to the RVs we asked. We made second trip to inspect the RV that we thought was best for us. John kept in touch and would answer all the questions we had. After our final selection we met with Andrew to help go over the options for service , parts, and for financial help and all services that were available. Our final trip we met with Service advisor, we were taken to the RV and he walked us thru the total operation of each appliance and each system in detain on the RV inside and out. Seamless transaction. David was a huge help, got me fixed up with some essentials for the RV while I was waiting for the hitch to be installed. Communication was excellent during the week it took to get the make ready done. I went with PPL for the insurance, Sharon was a gem and the price was reasonable. Walkthrough was great, they even fixed some cosmetic issues I was going to repair myself. Can’t remember everyone’s name but they were all welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Five star experience! Can’t wait to hit the road…….
