Absolutely awesome shop to work with! After my brand new RAV took a bad hit from a drunk driver and sat for 6 months in my local town unable to get into a shop for repairs it was towed here and they had it back to its pristine condition within a couple weeks. The best customer service ever! I highly recommend anyone needing auto work done to go here! Thanks again guys for everything!!

After an accident we were charged for 6 tires to be replaced instead of 4, when we brought it up they denied it and wouldn’t not review it or refund it. A week later when a nail was found in the tire, the “warranty” we were told to have gotten turned out to not purchased so we could not have it get fixed either. We were also charged 75 an hour for the repairs oringinally just for them to increase the price to 80 after the work was completed. They are an absolute scam that will rip you off and lie straight to your face. Don’t go there.

They went above and beyond to help us out and got everything taken care and our car looks brand new. Definitely recommend these guys.

This place has the best customer service hands down. I had a rental car that I got chummy with a curb with and dented and scratched the passenger side(completely my fault btw). I wanted to get an idea on damage and see how much it would be to get a repair before contacting my insurance company and before taking it back to the rental co. The rental representative had told me that they would not use damaged vehicles, and that I would be liable for covering that loss. The employees at Prazma took time out of their day to help me right away. They surveyed the vehicle pointing out things that had already been repaired. I can't thank them enough for that.
