Typical Bait N Switch Spoke with Ana for over a day about a white car. Made appointment confirmed 30min before. I get there and here she is walking into a gray car chatting away on the phone. Then tells me ohh that’s sold but still online. Sooo why not me that to me in the many texts we had! Low Class Dealer Salesman tactic! I TRIED AGAIN....I came back by.. Big language issues with staff who mainly speak spanish & basically NO english. Got the wrong car pulled up then i was told to hold on a min while they find the correct key... Well I was waiting with my family/kids for 25 min wondering your dealership . nobody came back, No Key, Staff is just sitting on the deck gossiping & looking at me pointing 1 min... Very Unprofessional

Great experience! Luther Mckenzie was our salesman and was very professional. I spoke with him about truck that had just come in. He had the car cleaned before I arrived. This how car buying should be! Alan Epstein was the finance guy and he was a total pro as well! Way to go guys-you will get my future business!!
