Precision Acura of Princeton Service Center

I gave my car for service with the following requests: 1. Annual tire rotation and fluid top-ups 2. Software updates (if any) 3. Car wash After waiting about 1.5 hours, I received my car from a different service advisor with a report — but no explanation of what was actually done. The car wasn’t washed, and the report only shows a standard 120-point inspection. It doesn’t specify how the rotation was performed, whether fluids were topped up ( although the checklist states fluids checked), or if any software updates were checked or completed. What bothered me most was the lack of communication. A simple courtesy review at the end of the service would’ve made a big difference. I had my Acura MDX service here with Anthony in Service department, I was very happy with their service started from entrance, the gentleman at entrance is very politely guided me the service department, Anthony checked my account and explain to me about tire rotation, give me suggestions but let me make decisions, no push on me, I was satisfied with their service and Anthony is the BEST!

I get it that they naturally get a lot of customers without trying due to Acura branding, but that doesn't mean you are doing customers a favor by servicing their vehicles. I have been to multiple Acura dealerships in various states over the years, and this place is way off in terms of the standard of service I have received from Acura.
