Burnie and Luke, have taken care of me every time I'm in need, no questions asked. Their work is top tier and great customer service. No job is too big or small. He built me killer 114 and then I went back for a 124 and it freaking rocks! Had it dyno'd days after the build and it put down numbers more than he and I both expected. Had it backed off for longevity but it was well into the 140hp range. He goes through every step of the process with you whether mild or wild build and he was spot on with both recommendations to both builds. Great guys and you won't be disappointed with their service.

Took my 78 shovelhead in for cam, pushrods and lifters along with neck bearing replacement. Bernie went above and beyond on the install, tuning, and addressing some other small leaks and issues while it was there. Bike has never ran better. I can't recommend them enough.

Visiting from out of town and needed a clutch lever for our '86 FXRS. The HD shop laughed, then referred us to Ruthless. Bernie had one and helped install it 30 mins later. Super friendly guy and even took time to talk about the best places to ride in the area. Would definitely recommend to anyone with older rides in the area. Very reasonable $ and knowledgeable. Burny is incredibly knowledgeable. Talking with him, it is quite apparent he does things the right way. He carries Shafer oil products specifically designed for the use. Ruthless Cycles carries a Shafers oil specifically designed for the engine, another oil specifically for the transmission, and yet a 3rd for the primary drive. My charging system quit, Burny had almost all the gaskets and seals needed to do the job. The ones he did not have, he and Angel at the front counter, gave me the part numbers and told me to check my local Harley Davidson dealer. That was very much upper. Many years back, I was still riding my metric sportbike, and my son had one as well. My son broke down on Hwy 79 with a missing piece to the master link on his chain.
