Precision Auto Service

These guys fixed an engine on my Audi that apprently the “professionals “ at both Audi and foreign auto shops said I would need a new one for . They replaced it with a new one and it was still not a fixed car until I brought my vehicle to PR on a whim. Not only did they fix it in record time, they detailed it and it ran better than before at a better price than any competitor I got prices from. If you have an issue with your vehicle at all…theses guys will get you right. Trust me ! The best of the best

Yet another “business” that has forgotten their base and place. We are a simple close knit mountain community that looks out for one another and what you are doing is wrong and will cost you in the long run. A big pay day is great but being honest and taking PROPER care of the customers goes A LOT further. As an ASE certified mechanic myself I am well aware that ALL we do is REPLACE parts but I don’t have my nose stuck up about it. Lmao If you can turn a wrench and identify shapes you can work on cars lol. You either charge more for a hard job (understandable) or you take the allotted BOOK time to do the job CORRECTLY, you cant just charge for a job because a vehicle is going to literally sit there and wait for YOU to decide to get around to working on it. We've done business with them in the past when they used to be up on Rt 196, no complains. Brought in a vehicle which engine shutdown, told us roughly cost can be upwards of $3500. We decided it was not worth it, and they immediately put pressure on us to remove the car from their premises or they'd start charging $95 per day of "storage fee". Are they in the business of renting car storage space, or fixing cars? We were confused. They showed so little empathy for our plight. We had to scramble and rush to find a junkyard that would take the car, and luckily we didn't give a penny more on top of the $150 diagnosis charge. I'm wary of ppl that behave in this way and are so $$$ hungry. Needless to say they lost a customer and I don't recommend them.

This place was fast, efficient and affordable. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and advised only on the service that was absolutely necessary. I would recommend and will be going back.

True mechanics & service, & it is very easy to say that as per any shop/anyone, but I mean this a million times over for the people at Precision auto. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my car on an impromptu stop on them, about an hr/half right before they closed, was able to grab the parts that week, & they fit me in right before the busy'ness off the first week of June & took care of it in an actual timely manner. Their prices & service in my opinion are more than fair, & they deserve so much because of their attention to that detail, actual service & customer service with you as if you're a human being; they're the whole 9 yards.
