There isn’t anywhere else I would rather take my vehicles. As a matter of fact, I chose to pay extra above the typical AAA coverage to get my vehicle towed here from Dandridge. They are absolutely amazing. Completely fair and treat you right. Fantastic communication and even forgive some small mistakes from DIY attempts 😂. If there’s ever anything going on with my vehicles that I cannot handle, my business will ABSOLUTELY be returning here.

Do not take your vehicle here at all. My van was overheating so we called them and asked them how much to look at it and they told us $95 to diagnosis we had our van towed there by a tow company that they suggested. That charged us $75 to tow a vehicle less than 5 miles. Then they call us at 9:00 the next morning and tell us that they're getting it back and they're ready to they're getting ready to look at it and they'll call us back with a diagnosis. At 1 o clock when we still hadn't heard anything from them my husband call them and they say the can't find the key and haven't even started to look at it. Why not call us back immediately after you spoke to us at 9:00 and tell us that you couldn't find the key instead of not calling us at all first problem. The next problem was when they cal

Where to begin... they managed to reasonably fix my check engine light when no one else could. They have done my daughter's brakes and are looking at her a/c today. Amy and her husband are already my heroes, but it's the little things that mean so much. They had my car when time changed. When I picked it up, my car's clock had been adjusted to the new time. A simple thing that went above and beyond and was noticed! I highly recommend Precision Automotive.

Honest and efficient. Our situation was complicated, so I won’t go into it. However, they totally could have taken advantage of us and didn’t. We never would have known. There’s no warm and fuzzies, but I’ll take trustworthy over that every day!
