I talk with a guy name Anthony for a couple of weeks about coming up to look at a 2019 F150. I live about 2 hours away so I was finally able to make it up there this past Saturday. He stated that he wouldn't been there but he would call his coworker and let them know. I had already asked him if there was anything wrong with the truck and his said NO. Me and mechanic drove the truck and as soon as we pulled out of the parking lot we knew something was wrong with the transmission we turn back around and one of the sales guys walked up to us. It was a manager and we asked him about the transmission and he immediately said YES it has a BAD transmission. That tells me they don't care about there customers and will sell you anything in hopes that you want caught it. PLEASE BEWARE

I haven't even done business with this company yet however the young lady who answers the phone February the 4th around 1600 and this morning February the 5th around 0900. She deserves a raise. Polite, responsive and attentive.

Do not get a vehicles from her they are lemon. I purchased a vehicle on 8/6/2025 25 mins later it broke down. I got a loner vehicle 2 weeks later. That vehicle sold so I got another loner vehicle at this point out me in something else or give me my $ back fast forward to 9/1/2025 I finally was offered to choose another vehicle why did it take so long idk. Well got that vehicle and drove it until 9/6/2025 when all I had to do was sign the paper work. Get there Anthony (don’t do business with him bc his clueless and he doesn’t care at all.
