Nobody like car repair…these guys are of the exception to all of issues I typically have with repair shops, particularly with foreign cars! They were detailed, accurate, fair, on-time, and communicative throughout! As a result, I’d even call Precision European Automotive and its team TRUSTWORTHY and ultimately DEPENDABLE. They’ll have my business for good!

I had been going to another shop for years and always wondered why my issues weren’t being adequately dealt with. I brought my concerns to Precision for a second opinion and at my first appointment/repairs with them, the issues were perfectly addressed and handled. I brought the paperwork from the last shop to have Precision review it since I wasn’t confident of the work that had already been done. The guys combed through the paperwork carefully to ensure I was given an honest second opinion. These guys are the real deal. I have been to a lot of shops for my euro cars, but none have even compared to Precision. I know my car is in good hands now and I know I can call them about any concern. Everyone at Precision European are great and do a very thorough inspection to find the problem with your vehicle. Ryan, Keenan give the waiting area a family atmosphere and explain everything in great detail so you know exactly what is wrong. Anyone leaving low reviews do not care about their vehicles cause I could have been told this and that were wrong without detail and have to pay for something that was not needed. Juan is a really good tech and listens and looks for the problems that you explain. Thank you all for the great conversations and fun time. I waited for the vehicle and the time flew by talking in the waiting area with Ryan and Keenan. Bottom line great service, great staff, great ownership. Highly recommend.

They did an excellent job! I have an Audi e-tron, and the Audi dealer told me that they would need to remove the bumper to fix my issues and then perform safety recalibrations. However, they figured out a way to fix the problem without removing the bumper, and now everything works as expected. This saved me a significant amount in repair costs. I truly appreciate their honesty and professional problem-solving skills. I highly recommend this shop to everyone.
