Precision People's Car Repair

This was my second time going to Precision for my car needs. The guys here are wonderful, personable and good at what they do. They explained every step and gave us an itemization list that put my daughter's mind at ease about the work they would do for us to get us back on the road without breaking the bank. I am thankful for that. I want to specifically shout out the owner Luis and also Brian for easing my mind and taking good care of our car while my husband was going through a difficult time in a nursing home. Our car was ready in time to bring him home safely. 🙏🏾

I am always impressed with the detailed work that this company puts into my car. They offer the dealer-type service by checking each area. When I had an electrical issue and none of the other car repair shops could figure it out, Luis, the leader of this company, was able to figure it out by taking time. I give five stars for their dedication and for the technique. However, I give 3 points to the effective communication. Sometimes they can back up services when a significant issue arises, delaying other cars from being serviced promptly. I prefer phone calls more often, so I know when the car service will be done.

I came in to get some work done on my 2004 GMC. The team was polite and welcoming. They took care of my issue on my truck and was very professional throughout the whole process. If you need work done I would definitely recommend them. Thank you guys.

We had a spontaneous brake failure while traveling out of state- a worst case scenario for anyone! After contacting Precision Peoples Car Repair in a turn of blind luck, the wonderful and empathetic woman who answered the phone assured us that she could get us in and diagnosed immediately - even though the shop was super busy. Luis, the owner, helped us as soon as we were able to limp our Yukon over the Bay Bridge and into their shop in Berkeley. Not only did Luis, his wife and their team make us feel comfortable but they went ABOVE AND BEYOND out of their way to make sure our rear brake assembly was fixed in an expedited but extremely thorough fashion - and then went 1000% even beyond that in giving us a place to wait while we had no where to go, gave our kids toys to play with, and oth
