On the way back from a hunting trip, my son and I had to make an unexpected stop in Prineville due to the top of my truck radiator cracked and blowing water/coolant everywhere. We were fortunate that we were only about 30 miles east of town and were able to limp in. Found and pulled in to Precision Truck and Auto Repair LLC. They were so gracious and willing to squeeze us in, get the needed parts, and got us fixed and back on the road within a few hours. If you're in the area and need some work done, go see them. They are very knowledgeable, especially with diesel trucks!I highly recommend them.

Chris was an answer to prayer! When our car broke down on the first day of an 8 day family road trip, everywhere we called in town was full and we were going to have to wait several days for a repair. Chris stopped what he was doing, quickly diagnosed the problem and got us fixed and on our way in a couple of hours. He even took the time to drive our family with 5 young kids to a nearby park so we wouldn't have to wait in his parking lot. And his service was affordable! Truly a miracle for us. I can't express enough gratitude for this generous man and his associate who put everything else aside to care for us in a time of need.
