Precision Tune Auto Care

I was turned away from this place today due to the simple fact that the lady said at the front that her people need days off and there’s nobody there to do an oil change for me today at 3 PM in the middle of the week on a Tuesday. You buy an oil change for this place you get to the establishment and they tell you can only use it on certain days. There’s nothing in the Groupon details saying that you can only use this deal for certain days which I’m sure is a breach of contract with Groupon I’ll be contacting about that as well.. I go in on my only day off in the middle of the week at 3 PM and they are unable to take me. They said because someone has to do brakes. This is ridiculous. I will be contacting Groupon as well for full refund.

As usual, I had an awesome experience having my car serviced at Precision Tune Auto Care in El Cajon. I took my Toyota 4Runner in for brakes, and I was told I needed new rotors in the back. The car only has 46,849 miles. I told them to fix the car, but in checking with the Toyota dealer and forums, there is no way the rotors could of been bad. There are no specs left on my receipt, and did not get the old parts to prove that they were still good. Maybe they did not replace them but charged me for them anyway?? Anyone else have this issue with them? Please be careful.

This place has a very rude manager named Paula. The staff gave me their word that they would honor my coupon after there a failed attempt to dislodged the oil plug on my kia. Stating they would let me use the coupon for a different vehicle due to the circumstances involving the kia. That I would pay for any additional coast if needed for the change in vehicle. She even put notes in my file. I was so happy that day. That's great news. However when I went back I was meet by Paula. She cut me off multiple times and accused me of lying. Stating no one said that. I told her to pull my file and look at the last time I was there. There was another person who did the same thing and was serviced. She told me no. That didn't happen. I called back later to get the visit time and date and she hung up

Once again came through for me when I really needed it. Precision has been working in both my truck and van for years now. Recently, I had an issue where I foolishly kept driving our van knowing there was a major problem with my rear breakes...and after weeks of grinding local routes to work literally, my brakes got fused to the rotors and I couldn't even back out of my parking spot! Precision was able to quickly diagnose the problem, which included a dead battery after sitting for a couple months, and fix my vehicle within 2 days! Very happy with their quality work and they even helped me save where I could and explained it all to me, which was very helpful. Great prices for these larger services for sure! I'll keep going here for years to come....
