I've been in Lake Charles 4 years....this is the first place that I visited for an oil change, and I am so glad that I did. The staff is so courteous and concerned about me and my vehicle. Every visit has been the same; quick and easy...any concern that I had about my vehicle was addressed and taken care of. I will continue to be a satisfied customer. Many thanks to all.

Dishonest and slimey! Paid $1,500 to fix the ac got the car back and the ac is still not working they did not take any responsibility for a misdiagnosis, he contradicted himself multiple times when I asked questions, and became extremely defensive! Don't usually leave bad reviews but people should know this place is not conducting proper business practices.

I use this place yearly for all our vehicles inspection. Super nice lady at the front desk, always willing to help you in the right direction if needed. I am so glad to see they have opened back up after Hurricane Laura, done so much damage to their little store. I feel you will not be disappointed by stopping in this home town shop.
