Precision Tune Auto Care

I will give zero star if I can; I never left a bad review; but this one really deserves it. I spend 1000dollars here to replace brake and rotors yesterday. And just one day after, when I was driving, both side of the brake started smoking. If you want to drive safely, avoid this place at all costs.

I usually have a go to person for car repair. That place was closed today so I decided to hop into here. The manager there was super nice. His name is Carlos. He helped me get my battery in my Prius fixed very quickly and the communication and service was very great. I will be back there in the future.

I had a great experience with Carlos at Precision Tune Auto Care, he went above and beyond . He took the time to walk me through the diagnostics . It’s rare to find a mechanic who prioritizes transparency and honesty over a quick upsell. My car is running perfectly, and I felt valued as a customer throughout the entire process. Shoutout to Carlos for the excellent service today! Fast, fair pricing, and great customer service. It’s a relief to have a go-to person for my car repairs.
