I called Douglas, he told me to come in, then once I got there there was a 2 hour wait. I called back, I went in to get a sensor checked, they told me there was a problem they could not fix, they looked at my car for less then 10 minutes and charged me 30 min of labor for $80. I left with the same problems I had, and $80 less. This was one of the worst experiences I ever had in my life with a mechanic and it’s honestly a scam to charge $80 and then tell me there’s nothing you can do for me. I’m a single mother with limited money and now cannot get my car fixed because of them. Be careful single moms! Don’t waste your time or money on this place. Just go to the car dealership because they aren’t going to scam you.

They are the cheapest for sure, call around and find out, like I did or just take my word on it. Super friendly sales team "helped with getting me a discount" plus periodically listening to the mechanics banter back and forth was entertaining. They had 3 people in front of me yet they still met the short time frame promised. Ill be coming back for sure!!

Had engine trouble on 95 and was a long way from home. Called Precision, explained situation to Donald Hill. He said come on over. They fit us in, fixed the problem and had us back on our way to NYC within a couple of hours. Great service, great technicians and Donald was a true gentleman.

Donald is an absolutely fantastic addition to the team. I was hot about my father's car issue and called up there ready to cuss out everyone in the shop. He listened to me patiently. He offered to explain the situation and even offered solutions. He is a true leader and I am grateful for his patience.

All that I can say is Donald, Josh and Manny are life-savers! I really needed an oil change and arrived at the last minute. Although they were closing in 30 minutes, Donald found it in his heart to squeeze me in! Chivalry and kindness aren’t dead! Thanks a million!!!
