I went to Precision to have an oil change done and to have my trunk looked at as it didn't open. They fit me in right away for the oil change and completed it in a timely fashion. But what was great was the manager was thorough and very helpful about diagnosing the issue with my trunk. While it could not be repaired there, his willingness to get to the bottom of the problem was useful and above and beyond in terms of customer service. Thank you Precision.

Terrific experience! Arrived fearful of being taken advantage of as a clueless auto repair women and was treated with respect and given thorough information about my car issue.
