PS: I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, even after bad service, but this experience felt worth speaking up about. I had a really frustrating experience at Precision Tune Auto Care. I bought a Groupon for a 4-wheel alignment and made an appointment ahead of time. When I showed up, the older man at the front desk told me they couldn’t do the alignment because my car needed inner tie rods, and that I’d still have to pay a $29.99 fee just for them looking at it. I was annoyed but asked him to explain the policy and eventually accepted it. However, when I went to pay, the card reader showed a $49.99 charge instead of $29.99. Called the shop spoke to an old man who I informed that I found them through Groupon. He was willing to honor the Groupon rate without me purchasing it. Went in and the tech said I needed to replace my tires or the alignment wouldn’t do right. So I set an appt to come back the next day. I went and purchased 4 new tires. Finished in a decent time, but they did not test drive to check precision . The Groupon was for 70$ I went to pay the total it was 90$+. Confused I mentioned it and he said it was all these fee and taxes. Then he took it down to 83$. I was going to pay with cash he said he don’t have any change. So I pulled out my card and the total went up to 87$. Now I don’t trust him. Because why does it keep changing. So I said I’ll just buy the Groupon. With frustration he ok & through

We recently used a Groupon for a four-wheel alignment. Before the service, the steering wheel pulled to the right, sitting around the 12:10 position. After the alignment, it’s improved but still not corrected—it now sits around 11:55 and continues to pull right. I was also told the tires would be inflated to the manufacturer-recommended PSI, but that wasn’t done. I waited in the lobby during the service and don’t believe the vehicle was test-driven afterward. At this point, I’m not sure how to proceed since we’ve already paid….?

This was my first time getting a four-wheel alignment outside of a car dealership. The service was very professional. I will continue to do business with Precision Tune Auto Care. James is great to work with. I will definitely return.

They are very friendly here and got me in within two business days. I needed new breaks and rotors and the cost seemed in line with what Google estimated. They also were the most affordable out of the three places I called in advance. I liked how they showed me what needed to be changed out and they explained why. I definitely recommend bringing your car here for any work you need done.
