Precision Tune Auto Care

I went there to get an oil gasket replaced and a thermostat and it cost me over $2000. Since then, I’ve had nothing but problems with the same issues and I’ve been there three times to get it fixed and they keep quoting different issues and not fixing what is originally wrong. I took it to another mechanic and they looked. They hadn’t even touched the oil gasket problem. The shop will charge you an astronomical amount of money and won’t even do the work on your car. Highly recommend going somewhere else. I also went in to talk to them after what the other mechanics said, and they buckle down and we’re very dismissive towards me even after I showed photos and showed them everything

This was the worst workshop in Saint Joseph where I have taken my car, the gentleman who attended me is a very poorly educated person, my car while in that workshop suffered an accident and in conclusion they did not fix the car because they did not want to and I had to take it to a workshop in Kansas City, I would never recommend it. People I tell you from my experience before making an appointment with this workshop or other workshop, always read the reviews and when you read a review that is negative, investigate first before taking your car, I tell you from my own experience.

Precision Tune took great care of my vehicle and treated me with respect. The staff was friendly, the waiting area was clean, and my car drives so much better now. Honest pricing and top-notch service!

The team got me in fast! My first time being there and I walked in and they treated me and my 5 year old like family! Very nice very clean and now my daughter just wants to stay and work there!
