This location was amazing. The young lady Sam that works the front desk as well as Jackie was amazing. The walked us through everything and Sam went over an beyond in assisting us. This was an amazing experience and we will use you guys again. Totally happy.

The service was awful. I was over charged for parts, the service desk never contacted me to let me know how much the cost of the service was going to be, they just completed the work and told me how much it was going to cost when I arrived to pick my car up. When I drove the car home, which was only 10 miles away from the shop my service light came back on. When I return to the shop to bring my car back to let them know, it was not fixed. They charge me another $90 to do a diagnostic check. They never drove thr car to even see if it was fixed. I have a good mind to report them to the better service bureau, but I’m just gonna chop it up as a loss. I recommend that you don’t use this service. This job is located in Stockbridge off of old Henry.

Part 1 of 2 I pull in and ask for an oil change at 2:03pm on Monday Oct 13, 2025. I was told to come on through. Let it be noted I drive a Range Rover for clarity as to where this story is going. I noticed quickly upon entering the bay that the business was understaffed. The mechanic was attempting to work on my car and another vehicle simultaneously. I had been given a quote then told the manager said that it would be $10 more because my car had a plate u beneath it. I said I was told four dollars more than what you originally quoted me down the street I will Just go there. Needless to say they chose to waive that fee and change my oil. Huge thank you to Ms. Jackie and Ms. Sam at Precision Tune Auto! They went above and beyond working with my warranty company and got my car repaired properly and quickly. When PepBoys found out I had a warranty, they tried to falsify the work needed, which left me without a car from 12/2 to 12/11. The moment my claim was transferred to Precision, everything changed. They diagnosed the issue, communicated with my warranty company, and got the repairs approved and completed without any games. I picked up my car this morning — way sooner than I expected. Precision Tune Auto is the real deal. No price gouging, no scams, no trying to squeeze extra money out of the warranty company like PepBoys. Just honest, efficient, professional service. I just got a complete break job done 2 days ago and a week ago front shocks on my F350 dooley. Benny and crew always do a very good work for me everytime.
