Recently purchased my maxima from them and I'm impressed. I have really bad credit and they treated me with the most respect. After searching through car dealers I saw a big difference. I didn't feel pressured at all and they helped me in every way possible. Just when I thought I was stuck with no car and bad credit with dealers turning me down, these guys pretty much saved me. Thank you so much.

My daughtered purchased a 2005 Mazda Tribute from Luis Ortiz. He assured us there were no problems with the car. The key will not come out of the ignition, the calipers were frozen and the emergency brake mechanism is totally missing. My husband called Luis and he said "too bad. I sold you the car for cheap". $2300 for a pos 2005 with 176,000 miles is not cheap. Not to mention he lied about the vehicle's condition and ripped off an 18 year old buying her first vehicle qith her hard earned money. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE!!!!

I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody! I bought a car close 8k 2007 Infinity G35. Not even 30 days the exhaust, catalytic converter, wheel bearings all went in my vehicle. Not to mention smoke it's coming from my radiator now, all within 30 days. The dealer did replace the exhaust at all cost because it was within the 14 day warranty. On the 13th day my check engine light turn on. The owner only agreed to pay for a USE catalytic converter and I had to pay for the labor. My vehicle should've never pass emissions, if my catalytic converter wasn't functioning properly. I will be reporting this to the DMV. The dealership was not willing to work with me stating they barely made any profit out my vehicle. So upset I wasted my hard earned money with this dealership.

One of this company's cars drove me off the road on a one way road by cutting me off during a left hand turn. I called the number on the back of the car right away to be hung up on several times by the arrogant man who answered. He was the "manager right now" but offered me no recourse or follow up. If the company is any semblance of the "service" I got today, then this whole company should go bankrupt quickly without my saying so how terrible the people they employ are. Good luck and good riddance.
