Great service, same day! I called on a Friday morning to get a new thermostat replaced. They got me in, replaced it the same day within about 3hours. The guy at the front desk was friendly, really helpful and it was a good price.. Especially for having me back on the road the same day. This is my 2nd time using them.. the last time was to replace a driver side window motor. Definitely recommend.

You heard the expression "as honest as the day is long", Premier Auto Care goes beyond this particular standard of care. My original estimate was over 1,400 but they were able to warranty my alternator and I ended up with a $398 credit toward my balance. Will is their "point man" and he goes above and beyond. Premier Auto Care fits my needs perfectly.

I had a great experience with Premier Auto Care! I recently bought a used car and it wasn't running so great. Had poor acceleration and was running hot with no indication that it was actually hot. I could just feel the warmth and smell it, if that makes sense. They ran a thorough diagnostic on my vehicle and they were able to find and address the few issues that it had. I had a leaking radiator and a failing coolant sensor, multiple different oil leaks and my back brakes were lacking. They fixed it up and I have yet to have any further issues thus far!

From start to finish, they were kind, communicative, and incredibly easy to deal with. They were completely transparent about what my vehicle needed, keeping me informed every step of the way, with very reasonable pricing. Overall, their team went above and beyond, and it's obvious that this is a level of care they use with each customer that walks in the door. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had when it comes to vehicle service. I can’t recommend Premier Auto Care enough and will absolutely be returning!
