Having never damaged a car like this, I reached out to Premier Auto Glass with little knowledge about how this process typically goes and what next steps would be. And I’m super glad I reached out to these folks because I felt well taken care of throughout the whole process from start to finish. I called on Monday afternoon and was helped by Frankie on Wednesday morning, and they even had to order the part so that timing was super impressive ! Even when he got to me, Frankie made sure I had no concerns before and after he started working—and he changed out the parts in an hour and a half with some real speed. Frankie was talking to me about all his clients for the day and it very clearly showed me how much people trust Premier Auto Glass with their cars. I can’t recommend these folks more

Where do I begin. This company from top to bottom took care of me, as If I and my family were royalty. The process was so smooth they assisted me through it all. Once Frankie my tech came to service the windshield, boy did I know I was in great hands. He made sure to walk me through the process of what was going to be done and how long the process takes to cure, he also threw in a few laughs about window whistles lol. Frankie and Premier thank you for treating my car as if it was your own, or one of your family members, thank you for making the entire process seamless and having our best interest and support from start to finish.
