A tire blew out on me on the Parkway in Wallingford, Ct headed to an important tradeshow near Philadelphia last Friday. In a emergency situation to replace the tire for a complete stranger, John and James were able to match the new tires needed in the back to the front ones and keep my costs as low as possible. And get me on my way in just a little over two hours from arriving there by a tow truck. They asked if I wanted the good tire as a spare since it was mostly new but with a jam packed car full of tradeshow samples and displays had no room. So they found a space up on a rack out of the way to store it for me when I can get back there soon with an empty car to pick it up. I am from central, Ma. and was an out of town, most likely, one time customer but was instantly treated as nicely

What great service. I had the pleasure of working with Carlos Hernandez. I was in a rush and he and his staff were able to patch my tire in 30 minutes on the spot with no appointment. That’s something Town Fire Tire would not and could not do. I highly recommend using VIP for all your car needs. He even worked out a deal for me on my BMW oil change. Simply amazing.

My appointment was to replace a tire pressure monitor sensor. I arrived early. I was greeted immediately upon entering and, after providing my information, the service required was explained to me and the price quoted. The waiting area was clean, and there's even a refrigerator with free bottled water. After the service was complete they told me my tires were already perfectly balanced so they didn't need to do that and removed that charge saving me some money. Friendly, thorough, and fair.

The guys were so nice. They fitted me into their schedule. I could not be without a car. my car was an older model. It was in good condition but it needed work done. They did a great job. They did it in a timely manner and I will highly recommend them

I just brought my car in to Jon at the Wallingford VIP Store. He saved me nearly $300 on parts that I did need. He called and explained how a reset fixed the issue. He also saved me about $50 on an ool change. I highly recommend this company/branch for all your needs. Forget Town Fair Tire or oricey dealerships. These guys have your back
