Can’t say enough good things about Turnpike Auto. Have been a customer for years now. Jim and his wife had always treated you like one of their own. Sad to see them leave, but boy what a well earned retirement! Quality service and care all around. So glad the new owners have kept the personal care touch and I appreciate their modernizations. Jacque is the best! Won’t go anywhere else for all my car needs.

Been going to Turnpike for over 25 years. The new owners seem to be keeping with the tradition the Jim and Patty built. Jackie was friendly and scheduling service was quick and easy. Recommended services were clearly explained with supporting pictures etc. quoted price was what was charged. I have no qualms about continuing to use them in the future.

I have been going to Turnpike Auto since I moved to Wallingford several years ago when it was different owners. It was great then and is great now. Jackie was very easy to work with. She was able to get my car in the shop quickly and was able to fix it for a great price. It is hard to find quality work for a reasonable price these days. Will continue bringin my cars there when I need tires or if there is a problem with the brakes.

Turnpike has been my family's go to for years, so hearing they were coming under new management was obviously a concern. An unfounded one apparently, as not only is service as exceptional as ever but with the addition of an office dog (sorry guys, it was a tough decision but she takes employee of the month!). Absolutely would continue to recommend them to anyone in the area who needs a good, reliable mechanic.

I have had two different repairs done at this shop. They have been great the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable the estimates have been spot on. The prices were fair and the work has been fantastic. I would recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you
