Wow, my car looks brand new! I seriously couldn’t be happier with the work this shop did. If you’re ever in a pickle, this is the place to come. Carlos was amazing from start to finish. He was attentive, patient, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. He’s genuinely kind and professional, which made the whole process so much less stressful. My dad actually referred me here, and now I completely understand why. Ladies, I know body shops can sometimes feel intimidating, like you might get taken advantage of but that was not the case here. Carlos walked me through everything step by step and clearly explained what needed to be fixed or replaced. Highly recommend!

I was in an unfortunate collision in mid-December 2024. I had never been in a collision before. I was nervous, frustrated and naive. Carlos was my point of contact for repairs. As a woman, I had already "girded my loins" to be told over exaggerations, half-truths and the like as it was clear I knew nothing about vehicles or the processes by which they must be prepared. Let me tell you, CARLOS and his team not only made my vehicle better than it was prior to the accident, but he and his team actually showed me the rotten parts, and what was needed to replace them. He was so patient with me and my vehicular ignorance. I was not price-gouged. I was not lied to nor did I ever feel as though I was being taken advantage of.
