Shady’s services were impeccable! My car was being transported from South Carolina and I rented one of his vehicles for my assignment close to 11:30pm. The vehicle was exactly what I needed; it was clean and comfortable. The vehicle had no issues during the entire week! Once my car was nearby I reached out to ask if he knew a mechanic that could check it out because my back tire was damaged. Well to my surprise he’s also a mechanic and was able to be of great service with phenomenal references! He has been such a blessing during this entire process! Always recommended for car rental as well as car repairs and services all in one! I appreciate you and the service that you provided!

In January 2025 I drove from Sacramento to San Mateo to visit Premium Auto to look at a car to surprise my son for his 18th birthday. My son is a car guy so this vintage 1999 BMW 323i was going to be the right fit. I test drove the car and decided this was the car for him. As far as used car dealers go, you never know what you’re getting and that’s why I waited until August 2025 to write this review. It’s 7 months later and the car is still running smoothly and the love of my son’s life. I would recommend Premium Auto based off our amazing experience. The transaction was quick, the car was affordable and in great condition. Thank you for taking such great care of us.

This dealership is amazing. Kiko is very nice and very helpful in buying the car and all the paperwork is very nice and shows you everything he’s doing and make sure that you know the process. He is one of the best people I’ve ever bought in a car from.
