I went into labor a week earlier than expected, and we did not have a chance to get our truck cleaned and ready to bring our brand new baby home. We had an amazing delivery and when baby and I were sleeping, my husband called to see if they would help us given the situation and they were so excited for us and more then happy to help! They got our truck in and out so he could get back to baby and I as soon as possible and they made our truck absolutely PERFECT for bringing our blessing home! Really disappointed for all the rave reviews and higher end vehicles pictured in the reviews. Would be a decent wash for my older truck but I decided to take my brand new Tesla here. 2 stars for an okay clean and nice people, but I noticed a ton of swirls, hard water marks, and missed spots. My car is less than 2 weeks old and this is its first wash. Granted, it was pretty filthy, but I would expect a better job for the deluxe hand wash. It will definitely need paint corrected after this wash. Would not recommend taking a newer car here.

Everyone at prestige was so kind and helpful! We brought in our 2011 Prius, which had been sitting unused for 3 years and hadn’t been properly cleaned for at least the 2 years prior as well, for a full detailing inside and wax outside. We gave them a dusty crusty car with more dirt in all the crevices than you could imagine and got back a car so clean it feels new. Beyond grateful for their professionalism and work!! Also had our jeep run through their regular car wash and it hasn’t looked that clean since it came off the lot. Highly recommend prestige for any serious detailing and/or regular clean up maintenance

I borrowed my buddy's car and it had wicked water spots all over the windshield. The kind that doesn't come off with windex, but also makes it very difficult to see when the sun is low in the sky. I called Prestige Car Wash & Detail in Carson City, NV and asked if they could help. Brennan assured me that they could and scheduled an appointment the same day. Brennan & his crew worked on it for close to two hours using multiple techniques including acid wash and clay bar among others. Brennan said he was disappointed in the outcome and heavily discounted the service charge. I on the other hand was quite pleased with the outcome. Was it perfect? No. But the car and the windshield are 26 years old. Between the age and the crappy mineral rich water my buddy uses to wash his car at home, Brennan
