Prestige Car Wash

I would like to express my total dissatisfaction with the service provided by Prestige Car Wash. I live nearby and trusted the business enough to sign up for a monthly plan. Unfortunately, I have experienced several frustrating situations. On more than one occasion, I drove approximately 20 minutes to the location during posted business hours, only to find the store closed. This shows a clear lack of respect for customers. When someone pays for a monthly membership, they expect reliability, consistency, and professionalism. If the business is unable to remain open during the advertised hours, why reopen and continue selling memberships? This is unacceptable. Time is valuable, and the minimum customers should expect is organization and respect from a business they are paying. I hope man

This place is expensive as it is,maybe cause im from the south and we used to get 20 mins for 4$ on the self wash bay. THERE'S ALWAYS something broken or not working properly,make sure u bring your plastic cards cause it doesn't take cash at all. You wonder why is always empty here. Gotta work on those prices or close for good and go home.

I’ve come here three times at different times during their posted hours, but it’s always “temporarily closed.” Very frustrating. I finally snapped photos to show proof. Updated on 1/31: I wrote a review about 2 weeks ago expressing my frustration with this location frequently being closed during posted work hours. On their FB post dated 1/23, I saw that they claimed to have reopened, yet the comments indicated they had been closed for over a week. This has been an ongoing issue since I purchased my membership on 1/5/26. Most recently on 1/29, I went to the location twice in one day, once at 7:30am and again around 8:15am, and it was still closed both times. This is beyond frustrating. Whoever worked here on January 9 decided to close this place 15min earlier. Arrived at 7:45PM, paid at the gate, and when pulled to the carwash was told by an employee "we are closed, we are cleaning. I cannot open, we are cleaning" Don't understand why anyone would get a subscription here. At another location (Medford) my windshield got all scratched just after 1 wash. There are many other, much better places around Boston

The last FOUR attempts to wash my car at the North Reading location over the past three weeks they have been closed each time. A reponse was provided: "that they were closed for a week due to maintenance". How about the other two weeks??? This last visit (January 29th) you couldn't tell they were closed until you pulled up into the lane. I took this picture as evidence. Very frustrating as a customer.
