Amazed at Preston’s customer service. I called this morning for help with my car that wasn’t starting. He texted me back stating he wasn’t available today to look at the car however he offered to help me via text. He listened to the problem, asked thorough questions, and gave me a quick solution. My husband and I thought it was the starter or alternator however Preston was very certain it was the battery. We purchased a new battery and replaced it and the car started running perfectly. Even though Preston was busy today he took the time to text through the issue and help us out. He was very courteous and helpful. We will definitely use him in the future! Thank you again!

Today was the second time we’ve asked Preston to come out and do some work for us when we were in a pinch and down a vehicle , and even in this extreme heat he came out on time, (just as he promised) , and got the work done without missing a beat . My 05 Explorer , and 03 Avalon are running like a dream , and we even gained a little knowledge by listening to his explanations (in great detail) .
