First and foremost, these guys are the absolute best. I recently got into an accident, and the front of my vehicle had significant damage. Looked for shops in my area, and the overwhelming 5-star reviews that this place has caught my eye. Called them up, a nice lady spoke to me and give me a time to come by for an estimate. When I arrived, I spoke to Miguel, he was very polite and helpful, told me to get with my insurance and then touch back with him. Dropped off my car, within a week or so, my insurance got back to me and so did the shop, they were very helpful and keep me updated constantly. Finally, after a couple weeks I came to pick my vehicle up, and I have never seen it in the shape it was in. They not only fixed the damages, they detailed the exterior and interior professionally. April 3rd of this year I got into a wreck caused the other driver wasn't looking and my car got messed up fairly bad. To top it off, just days before I had been struck my a fist sized chunk cement from a landscape company. Miguel and his team did an incredible job repairing things and got my car back into pristine condition! Hopefully no more accidents occur, but if they do, I know they will be my only go to place for the repairs! Additionally I asked them a few days ago if a sensor i was having issues with would possibly have been related to the accident. He looked over the video of the dealership and said not likely, but he said to bring it in and got me situated. I couldn't praise Miguel and his team enough. They are all amazing.

This is the best place I have taken my car to! From the start, Miguel was very genuine and professional. Someone hit my car and left scratches but after talking it here, it looks like nothing ever happened. I definitely recommend doing business here. You won’t regret it!

My best experience with ‘Customer Service’ this year. The treatment and service received by Miguel and his staff exceeded my expectations. The scheduled timeline to complete the work was estimated for three(3) days, but he delivered in two and half days. Had a wreck that wasn't my fault, got suggested Ultimate Auto and it was absolutely the best choice. Simply great and smooth experience. Miguel knew how to work with insurance companies and handled that all the way through--since additional costs were necessary, and had to do this multiple times. Not only that, my car is as good as new, would not notice it was in a wreck. I would suggest Miguel and his guys to everyone!
