Pre-purchase inspection of an 08 XJ VDP: I flew into Orlando (one-way) to purchase a Jag, which meant a 14 hour drive home. Andy knew the situation and was able to accommodate my travel schedule. He was responsive via email and committed to doing the inspection even though no money had exchanged hands yet. Rudy took the mechanical lead on the vehicle, put it on the lift, and did an extremely thorough bumper-to-bumper inspection while the seller and I waited. I live about three hours south of Winter Park and had an issue with my XJL while working in the Orlando area. Being far from home and my trusted Jaguar service team, I was hesitant to try a new shop. I found The Jaguar Doctor online and am very glad I did. Andy was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. My '98 XK8 needed a wheel bearing. The local European specialty mechanic didn't have the special tool needed, so he recommended the Jaguar Doctor in Winter Park. Not inexpensive, but certainly fair and thorough. They are Jaguar master technicians and it shows. I usually do my own work, but for things I can't do, I'll definitely take the car to Andy again.

Andy and his staff really know what they're doing. I wouldn't trust any other shop touch my Jaguar XJL. Dealership service without the price tag.

Firstly, reading the word ‘Doctor’ and then seeing a Winter Park address scared the heck outta me from an affordable point of view. You’ll never meet a more trustworthy man. He is patient and kind throughout the whole process. Andy holds many years of pre-experienced wisdom. A true master mechanic. Their hourly rate is almost half of what the dealership charges with the same technicians performing your repairs. Under promised while consistently over delivering. Pure integrity. Now that’s luxury.
