I have been coming here for 15 years. The prices are great and the mechanics are amazing. This last trip here didn't go so great. They tried different things that didn't fix the problem which I understand, trial and error. However, they told me the price, charged my card and charged $146 more than what they told me. I tried talking to him over the phone and got dismissed and hung up on. I talked to him in person and was told that it was their right to charge 10% more if they have to. I told them that I wanted my money back because I wasn't told that I was being charged more and what they did didn't even work. It's not that hard to pick up the phone and tell me something else had to be done. Not charge me more without my knowledge. I got my money back and was told to never come again. That

I had a wonderful experience at this dealer. We spent 3 years looking for a very specific type of Saab convertible. They had the one, and we stumbled across it on our daily Marketplace search. We drove two hours to see it and fell in love. The sales process was easy, and they even fixed the one thing that wasn't working quite right before we left. Eric and Dave were really easy to work with and had us out the door fast. I went to register it two days later in my state and even the person at the BMV commented on how they went above and beyond by sending in for the title on our behalf. I would definitely buy from them again.

AMAZING!! Can't say enough great things about my first experience with the service department. I went in because my car was making a really loud very bad sounding noise by the tire. I was actually really scared to drive it. I called ahead and they said they could get me in right away to be sure my car was safe to drive. I had my brakes done at another well known service station a few months prior and it turns out they forgot to tighten a bolt that was very important. If I let it go longer my wheel would have locked up while driving and caused an accident. Price Auto replaced the bolt for me and made sure everything else was tightened and safe on all the wheels for me! And they didn't even charge me for it!
