SO glad I decided to come here!! I have had a couple family members purchase vehicles from here, and they have nothing but the best to say about this place! And I can understand why, such nice people to work with, very accommodating and a great selection. So happy and excited with my new purchase! 😁

I'll call him super Dave! Had a few things to finish up with the car and he was fast I berley had time to read my book lol. The whole experience was easy, no pressure and very accommodating to my wants and needs. Tyler and the "boys" were great. They made buying a car less stressful and almost fun. Problems, problems, problems soon as you drive it off the lot (or before). Asked them to fix multiple things before buying a Tacoma. None of them were fixed properly. 5 months into ownership, already need new front tires that were BRAND NEW upon purchase. Previous ones were bald and swapped before purchase. Somehow the fronts are already ruined and the shop did not help in any way. This is what happens when you do half-thought out alignment and balancing work on a 3-inch lifted truck (bought that way). Bunch of other smaller things going wrong left and right. Save yourself the headache and go to Grappone Toyota of Bow which is what I wish I went with when choosing between the two. I am very frustrated and disappointed. I spent days on a specific vehicle and even offered to put a deposit down. I was under the impression that we were all set after sending my paystubs yet on the sales persons day off someone “allegedly” sold the car and I was told at the last minute. I don’t blame any specific person but it was very disappointing to have the Finance Manager justify the actions. Maybe I am old school but to me that’s lack of integrity. These are nice guys and I did not expect that at all… Then they turn around and try to sell me a can for thousands more.
