I had a great experience with this autobody and towing company. When I went there to pick up my car, I was treated with respect and professionalism. The staff was very polite, patient, and went out of their way to help me load the vehicle onto my trailer. I was honestly impressed, because unfortunately many towing companies are rude and unhelpful, but this was completely the opposite. Excellent customer service and a great team. I highly recommend them.Thank you very much !!

Amazing auto body/mechanic shop! I moved to the area and was referred to Pride as the *best place in Fitchburg* . I did not have to go to Pride until this week when my car wouldn't start . I had my car towed to Pride and despite how crazy busy and booked they are, they placed a new starter.. absolutely love this place and would highly recommend Pride to anyone!!

They did an awesome job repairing my car, they also took the time to vacuum it and clean it really good inside!! I wasn't expecting that. They're reasonably priced!! I've never been so satisfied with any service before!!
