My rental got overheating issues and brought it there for a check. Front staffs were friendly and nice! Mechanic explained the issues clearly and presented reasonable options. Since mine is a rental, they recommended me to take it back to the rental company and exchange for another car. And they didn't charge me at all! Thank you!

Work performed was great, customer service was not. I was told it would be ready by 2pm and would get a call. 2:36 no call so I called them, was told they had to wait on the part to start so they were still working and hopefully it would be done by 5pm. Then I got a call 5min later that the vehicle was ready which was better news than the first call so I was not arguing. He could have checked when I called instead of giving information that wasn't accurate. When I walked in the office to question the pricing, two men at the front took the time to look at me as I walked in but couldn't acknowledge that I was standing there. Had a blowout on the highway I put spare on and drove there for a new tire They were busy but very friendly, was back on road quick

I will support this family owned business as long as I can get my vehicles to them. They've serviced/ repaired various issues on 3 of my vehicles. I have no complaints. Add that it's VETERAN owned and they are instantly family to me(Army Vet). No appointments are accepted ....If you can't reach them by phone, just pull up on them and converse with the great guys at the counter about your automotive issue. Phone is often busy because their great service keeps customers coming back. . . Highly recommended!

I am very impressed with the customer service I received at Pridgen. My vehicle’s issue was diagnosed quickly and the issue was fixed the same day. Although I may not have showed it when picking up my vehicle (blame a long day at work 😆) I am very happy. My husband and I plan on continuing to use Pridgen in the future for both of our vehicles. Thank you oh so much!!! Best service I’ve received in Rocky Mount.
