i bought a car here about a year ago and since then have had no problems with it at all. My overall experience was absolutely amazing the guy was so nice and joked with us but kept very strong professionalism the entire time!! he also took this picture of me in my new car which i thought was very nice. 10/10 experience would buy another car here!!

I can’t even describe how good of an experience I had here. Recently, my car was totaled because of an accident and I’ve been on the hunt for a new affordable option (I’m young and purchasing a car myself so it HAD to be pocket-friendly). As I was looking over the website, I saw a cute blue Hyundai that was slightly out of my price range. However, I decided to still go check it out. I got a jeep from him with tire light on won't go off I now have to pay for a new sensor because he's unwilling to fix the issue or refund any amount due to this issues as well as the back tailgate door not locking so also now have to pay to have that fixed as well so not recommended buying from this dealership!

Very smooth buying process, Jon is very accommodating and stands behind his vehicles. Would buy from Prim Auto again, or recommend them to a friend.
