Severance Corners Village Center

I've had the pleasure of living in my apartment at Severance Corners for over three years now and would absolutely recommend it. When I had an issue with the first apartment I was in, Sarah and her team were able to quickly find me a new one to transfer to without any fuss, which I still really value to this day and which highlighted just how responsive they are. There are the usual maintenance hiccups you'll find at any apartment complex, but they're handled with speed and efficiency. I've also been able to take full advantage of the garden bed program -- an interest I didn’t know I had until it was offered. Overall, I can confidently recommend Severance Corners for the location, staff, amenities, and apartments.

I moved here in 2021 and originally wanted to live in South Village, but when my apartment came available in Severence Corners I jumped on it. Come to find out, it was PERFECT for my life. Close to Costco, Shaws, a phenomenal vet, and super close to tons of yummy restaurants. You also can't beat having a restaurant within walking distance of the apartment (McGillicuddy's). After being there for 2 months, I knew that I was going to live here until I bought a house. Sarah and the staff in the office were incredibly kind and handled problems in a timely manner. The Maintenance staff was truly one of my favorite parts. I always hated opening tickets and requests because I didn't want to ask for help for things that I could do myself, and was told by the maintenance staff that my rent goes tow

I live in the Sunderland Farms community, and am on my third renewal with SD Ireland. Both buildings are new, modern, and beautifully appointed with sleek and stylish finishes. SD Ireland was very thoughtful in the design and layout of the Dylan and Shea building units which feel spacious and make organization in a small space really easy. The buildings also feel safe, with fob only access. The modern amenities like TULU, underground parking, a gym, storage units, and outdoor spaces (dog wash!), grills, and fire pits make the area feel elevated and convenient than I would ever expect in Colchester Vt. Sd maintenance has been responsive, helpful, and super friendly whenever I’ve needed them. And moving into a brand new build can cause a lot of maintenance calls. They have been great

We've lived at Severance Corner for many years in two different buildings. We absolutely love it here. The apartments are well laid out for their size and the rent prices are comparable to other apartments in the area. They do lovely decorations for Christmas, have raised garden beds behind on of the buildings and have 2 dog parks. Having a restaurant within walking distance is also a bonus and even better your central to everything.

Having significant Cerebral Palsy, and moving from another state four years ago posed several unique challenges. After looking for an apartment for six months my first call to SD Ireland started a stellar relationship with their property management division. From understanding I have a speech disability, due to my Cerebral Palsy having my Sister needed to look at units focusing on accessibility while respecting I was the to be tenant, the leasing and move in process could not have been dealt with more professionally, and smoothly. The service of maintenance, are promt, even for emergency calls after hours are nothing less than amazing.
