Victor was the service tech who helped me from start to finish, and the experience was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly during the (free) consultation. He ordered the parts and scheduled me for the same day they came in, which I really appreciated; saying that I have travels coming up for holidays took me day before Christmas Eve. Victor was extremely flexible with timing, which made things so much easier for me. His pricing honestly surprised me; very affordable and transparent with no pressure. Victor and the rest of the staff are super friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to everyone I know!

Victor helped my daughter when she was stuck at season on Cranston st. Got the car started had her drive to his shop and replaced the battery terminal at 0 cost. He just got me as a customer.
