Pro Collision Repair

Prepare for some extra charges. I brought my car in for some minor body repairs. Pro-collision had my car for 2 days. I had to jumpstart my car to leave the parking lot. My battery now doesn’t hold a charge at all because some employee clearly didn’t fully turn my car off. After calling pro collision I’ve been told they are not taking any responsibility at all and it must have been complete coincidence that my vehicle, which has never had a problem starting before, entered their shop working and couldn’t drive off of the lot. Now I’m out 200$ out to replace my battery they ruined. I wouldn’t trust these people with a bicycle.

Never felt more bamboozled when dealing with a car repair. Recently had my car in an accident and the insurance company State Farm recommended Pro Collision as their shop. Biggest mistake I ever agreed to. First off they told me the repairs would take about 2 weeks. Pro Collision called a week early from their initial estimate, where the owner lied to me and said he’s been calling me for a few days to come pick up my car. Okay great whatever I wanted my car back anyways only to get there and find out my car had no horn and my airbag check light was on. I contacted the owner and then they made me wait another week saying that they missed that the horn was not working and that check light was on so they had to order the parts to get it fixed and I was driving without a horn for a week. Final

Took my son's car to Pro Collision after another local repair shop told us it would be two months before they could fix his side door. Door would not close causing him to drive with a driver side door that would not latch. Pro Collision took off the door and fixed it so he can now travel safely to school. Told us we can be scheduled in 2 weeks. Jared was a huge blessing for our family. We highly recommend taking your vehicle to Jared at Pro Collision.

Got in a wreck, police called them and my car was towed here. Tow guy said the place was open, and it wasn't (Saturday). Called and left a message. Showed up when they opened on Monday and they had charged ridiculous amounts of lot rent on our vehicle. Tow truck guy who is apart of this company didn't mention any of this, and had we known I would have had it towed to another location in town. The manager said he would be "nice" and not charge us for the day of pickup, even though we had arrived right in the morning to pick the car up. Instead, we got charged 120 for two days where we couldn't pick up our car because it was CLOSED. Had we known there was lot rent and the tow guy didn't give us false information, we would have gone elsewhere. I will never recommend this place to anyone. T

Pro Collision is fantastic!!!! I just can't say enough good about them. Staff is kind, and was in touch with me through every step of the repair process. They went above and beyond to make sure the car was in top notch condition. I highly recommend!!!!
