I had my vehicle parked at Pro Tech Car Care in Port Allen, LA to get worked on. My brother drove it onto the side of the building where all of the vehicles waiting to be repaired are parked (which is on the side of the building) on Sunday, June 14th, 2020 during the night (because the business was closed). I called the next morning, Monday, June 15 and spoke to the owner letting him know that I needed it to be worked on. He said that he needed the keys which I bought to him later that day. He said that he would look at my vehicle the next morning, Tuesday June 16th and then call and give me estimates on what it would cost me to fix it. I had also went to a Auto Zone to price a part and had them call him to ask for information about my vehicle to be able to get the part. He had to go and
